The Matterhorn- an ever-present giant towering over the landscape.
Beautiful, majestic, stubborn.
And on either side of this mountain lie two towns- Cervinia and Zermatt.
It’s relatively easy to get from one town to another- if you know what you’re doing.
Before I get into it- let’s talk about what you’d need to cross over from one town to another: passport (with a visa for some), ski pass giving you access to that side, a comprehensive map of the surrounding areas slopes and a whole day ahead of you.
So you CAN go, but should you?
